1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, platforms, applications, QR code services, digital name card services and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Tricove Tech Pte Ltd (“Tricove”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
2. About Tricove Tech Pte Ltd
Tricove Tech Pte Ltd is a Singapore-registered company providing digital name card, QR code and related digital engagement solutions.
Certain parts of the Services are delivered using a white-label technology platform provided by third-party service providers. Tricove remains your primary contractual counterparty.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account.
You agree that: – All information provided during registration is accurate and up to date – Your login credentials are personal and must not be shared – You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or security breach. Tricove will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that remain inactive for an extended period or that breach these Terms.
4. Use of the Services
You may use the Services solely for lawful business or personal purposes.
You must not: – Use the Services to create, link to or distribute unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, offensive or misleading content – Use QR codes or shortened URLs to link to content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights – Attempt to interfere with, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Services – Use the Services in a manner that may harm Tricove, its platform providers or other users
We reserve the right to remove content, disable QR codes, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Responsibility for User Content
You retain ownership of all content, data, text, images, media or information that you upload, generate or transmit through the Services (“User Content”).
You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences arising from its use. Tricove does not actively monitor or pre-approve User Content and makes no guarantees regarding its accuracy, legality or quality.
By using the Services, you grant Tricove a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process and display User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
6. Third-Party Services and White-Label Platform
The Services utilise third-party infrastructure and white-label technology platforms, including QR code management systems, hosting providers and analytics tools.
Tricove is not responsible for third-party websites, services or content linked through QR codes or landing pages. Access to such third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.
7. Subscription Plans and Fees
Certain features of the Services may be offered under paid subscription plans.
All fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change pricing, features or subscription plans upon reasonable notice.
7A. Enterprise Support and Service Levels (SLA)
For enterprise and business customers, Tricove provides customer support in accordance with the service levels set out below.
Support Channels
Support requests must be submitted via email or designated support channels provided by Tricove.
Support Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Singapore Time (SGT), excluding Singapore public holidays.
Response Time Commitment
Tricove will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to support enquiries within forty-eight (48) hours during Support Hours.
Response time refers to the time taken to acknowledge and begin investigation of a reported issue and does not guarantee resolution within the same timeframe.
Exclusions
The SLA does not apply to: – Issues caused by third-party services, networks or customer-controlled systems – Beta features or free-tier services – Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance or force majeure events.
Tricove may revise support levels for different subscription plans, which will be communicated in writing.
8. Suspension and Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Tricove may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if: – You breach these Terms – Your use of the Services poses a security, legal or operational risk – Required by law or regulatory authorities.
Upon termination, access to the Services may be disabled and User Content may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, designs, trademarks, logos and documentation, are owned by or licensed to Tricove or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Services during the term of your subscription. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
10. Service Availability and Changes
We strive to maintain the availability and reliability of the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability, including for maintenance, upgrades or business reasons.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tricove disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tricove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tricove, its directors, officers, employees and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of: – Your use of the Services – Your User Content – Your breach of these Terms or applicable laws.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on our website and will take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
