3. Use of White-Label Platform and Third-Party Processors

Our Services are operated using a white-label QR code and digital engagement platform provided by a third-party technology provider, including QR Planet GmbH.

In this arrangement: – Tricove acts as the data controller; and – QR Planet GmbH acts as a data processor, processing personal data strictly on our instructions and solely for the purpose of providing platform functionality, hosting, analytics, security and technical support services.

We have contractual arrangements in place to ensure that such processors provide an appropriate level of data protection and confidentiality.

4. Personal Data We Collect

Depending on how you interact with our Services, we may collect and process the following categories of personal data: 

  • Identity and Contact Data: name, job title, company name, email address, telephone number
